Products purchased on drybar.com may be returned within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange. We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 60 days.  We also do not accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except drybar.com. We offer free returns and exchanges for all shipments originating from the continental US.
